Gazing at a Star (Boyfriend, Oneus; Kim Donghyun/Yeo Hwanwoong).
Title: Gazing at a Star
Fandom: Boyfriend, Oneus
Pairing/Characters: Kim Donghyun/Yeo Hwanwoong
Content Notes: N/A
Prompt: 11 September, Stargazing
Donghyun rarely had to resort to extreme measures to wake Hwanwoong up, mostly because he let Hwanwoong sleep as long as he wanted. It wasn't easy, considering... everything. He also thought it was well worth it. Hwanwoong needed the sleep, when he could get it, and Donghyun didn't mind letting him have it.
Besides. It meant he could watch him while he slept, and he was just so... handsome.
"You're staring at me again," Hwanwoong mumbled without opening his eyes.
"Yes," Donghyun said. "I like looking at the prettiest sight around."
Hwanwoong choked on air, eyes flying open to stare at him. "What?" he demanded.
Donghyun grinned at him, adding a cheeky wink because he could. "You heard me."
"You are not that cheesy," Hwanwoong protested, slowly turning over to get up. "Please tell me you are not that cheesy."
Donghyun huffed a laugh. "You have been dating me for a couple of years now," he said. "You really think I'm not cheesy? Have you met my best friends who aren't you?"
Hwanwoong sat on the edge of the bed and stretched, his shirt hem rising up to show a sliver of smooth skin and the edge of muscles on his side. "Okay, yes, but usually you wait until I'm awake."
"Usually," Donghyun agreed, watching him. "However, you also don't feed me that sort of line before you're awake, so." He shrugged, grinning at the mild glare Hwanwoong sent his way. "How are you feeling?"
"Like I actually slept out," Hwanwoong said. "How late is it?"
"It's about noon," Donghyun said. "Did you want lunch? I have ingredients if you want us to cook - well, me to cook, you're not awake yet - or we can order in."
Hwanwoong hesitated on the way in to the bathroom. "Either way, I can shower first?"
"Of course," Donghyun said cheerfully. "Although if you want to order in, you'll have to tell me your order."
Hwanwoong nodded. "You cook, then. I'm not up for any decisions yet."
"Done," Donghyun said, and left the room as Hwanwoong closed the door to the bathroom.
In the kitchen, he started to pull out what he wanted to make, humming as he went, a medley of Boyfriend and Oneus songs he shifted easily between.
People would probably laugh at him, but watching Hwanwoong sleep was the only kind of star gazing he wanted to do.
