It's pretty simple! Basically, make a post with a schedule and instructions. On the scheduled day(ish), post for signups. And on the scheduled day, post the prompts. I can make appropriate tags for the event.

As for schedule, I'd give at least a week between prompts and posting, and a week for signups before prompts are posted.
