No True Pair 2022 Eight-Character Challenge Posting!

Once it's September 1st wherever you are, you may begin posting! Post as close to the assigned date as possible until amnesty, but also don't worry about a day or so either way.

Please include at least the following:

Title:
Fandom:
Pairing/Characters: (the two from the prompt, for tagging purposes)
Rating: ('Not Rated' is an acceptable response)
Content Notes: (required if included- Death, Violence, Underage, Rape/Noncon. Or- Choose Not to Warn, any additional notes)
Prompt: (e.g. June 31st, Darth Vader and Lex Luthor pet kittens.)

The subject line should be something like: Title (Fandom(s), Pairing/Characters).

Tagging: Each piece will get a tag for its fandom(s), creator, pairing, and the challenge round that it answers.

I'll try to add tags daily. If tags exist, please use them!

(All tags for characters are formatted A/B, whether romantic or platonic, as a platform limitation.)

Yeah, that's fine. I'm not too concerned about exact dates as long as nobody is dumping, like, three weeks-worth on one day or something.

Hi!

I only posted my story directly here because the instructions in the com's Profile says it's a requirement. It looks like it's now okay to crosspost directly from AO3 though?

I'm just happy people are creating; I haven't been picky either way. This community pre-dates DW and AO3, so I suspect the request was to keep people from linking to locked journals, not posting on a different publicly-viewable site. I made the AO3 collection earlier because people seem to like those but it's completely optional even if you use that site for archiving! Anyway, please post in a way that makes your work accessible to the community - that's the important part. ^_^

No worries! Being the fifth person to run this comm, it's a sort of balancing act of trying to keep things rolling as-is-familiar and doing some modernization and I can see where I'll need to make adjustments to the profile page before next year's rounds.
