Amnesty is now permanent, whenever rounds are not actively running.
What this means is that if you have any old prompts from any previous rounds that you haven't finished, you can work on and post them!
It also means that if you want to make a new character list and create for a previous set of prompts, you can!
For the latter, you can comment with your lists if you'd like but you don't need to. Just create and have fun. ^_^
