Seriously? Seriously?
Cherry stared, slack-jawed, at the machine in front of her face. Just -- just stared. Sure the bay techs said she'd find Commander Carmine at the end of the bay 'working on that blue Guardian', but -- seriously?
The machine looming over her was brilliant electric blue, detailed in sapphire and teal. Its claw-treads and manipulators were a weird violet-brass, its visor, ditto.
And to top it all off, it had gold speedlines!
"Was wonderin' where you were, Cherry."
Daiser padded out from behind a claw-tread, grinning at her dumbfounded stare.
"Y'know what 'Granpavo' means, yeah?
"It means Big Peacock ~"
