Mod Hat: Hellos

Hello to everyone out there. I'll be your new mod for our lovely community here. Just wanted to say hi and let everyone know what I had planned. I'm quite willing to listen to any ideas or suggestions you guys want to toss at me as well.

First up: Schedule.

I'm looking at doing the next round of signups in June. May can be used for some last minute resting up or any fics you want to post that you missed out on posting last time. I do love having more fic to read.

June: Sign ups, and prompt reveal
July: Plenty of writing time
August: Posting
September: Recover and the chance to post all those fics you couldn't quite get done.

Next: Lists and prompts

Looking at lists of eight again, with seven prompts for each week of August. I was looking at the original prompts, from way back when the com first started. Which means it's a mix of titles, quotes, random suggestions, lyrics, and scattering of other ideas. If anyone has any theme suggestions they want to offer up for another round, I'm more than willing to listen to them.


I'm looking at possibly setting up a holiday round, but it mostly depends on you guys. I know that the Oct/Nov/Dec set of months is a busy one for a lot of us, but if you guys are interesting, I'll set up the round. More details will be given out when we get past this round.

Any comments, questions, "hey, you talk too much?" mockery? I'm willing to listen to it all.
