Rounds 1-9 Amnesty!

Anything you ever made for No True Pair (or wanted to make, but haven't yet), but never posted here will be fair game!
I apologize in advance that this event sort of favors those who have played at No True Pair in the past. However, even if you never signed up for any of the past rounds, Round 6, the 2010 Holiday Challenge, was different and all prompts left in it are fair game for anyone, old or new!
Q. I wrote/drew something for a past No True Pair prompt after the round had ended and posted it elsewhere; may I post it here now?
A. Sure! If it hasn't appeared at this community, it's new to us, right?
Q. Do I have to post to the side of the community (ij or dw) I originally signed up at?
A. No, it doesn't matter. If you signed up in ij in the past (or it was an early ij-only round), but you want to post at dw, go for it (I just might have more new tags to add. ...but I like adding tags :D)!
Q. Any particular schedule we should follow in posting these things?
A. Nope! Post as you like, a la the between rounds late items amnesties that have followed the last few rounds.
And...finally:
Q. I don't remember which rounds I signed up for in the past/who my sign-ups were/etc.
A. Have some relevant links, dear members!

For holiday challenge prompts, feel free to peruse the lists and fill any prompts that appeal to you without regard to whether you signed up/submitted any prompts at this time (Hey, feel free to fill prompts that you submitted! ...I'd completely forgotten but sort of like some of mine).
The lists of prompts are (well, should be at least) identical at DW and IJ, but browsing might be slightly more convenient at DW where they all fit into one post.

Round 5: Mixed Bag 2010 Eight Character Challenge
Round 5 prompts - for this round, the prompts were not numbered the same at ij as at dw - so take care with that! (not that I'm going to be policing anyone, ha ha...) & Round 5 sign-ups at ij and at dw
Round 4: 8 Character 2010 Harlequin Challenge
Round 4 prompts - for this round, the prompts were the same at ij as at dw & Round 4 sign-ups at ij and at dw
Round 3: 2009 Kinks Challenge
Round 3 prompts - for this round, the prompts were the same at ij as at dw & Round 3 sign-ups at ij and...while we have Round 3 items posted at DW, I don't think we had any sign-ups there (the DW side was new then!)
Round 2: 2008 8 Characters Challenge (pioneering the 8 character format!)
Round 2 prompts: were just at ij, as were sign-ups
Round 1: 2008 12 Characters Challenge (and a special cheer to anyone who's been a member since the beginning! I didn't show up until Round 2.)
Round 1 prompts: it all began here at ij and sign-ups
Please feel free to ask any questions/get whatever clarification you need (this is new, and I'm me, so I probably forgot something important and/or obvious)!
...As for what comes next... Well, looking at those past prompts, perhaps you're seeing some you wish you'd been around to use? ...Perhaps you've noticed a few you'd like to try again with different characters?
Keep an eye on old prompts you like, because I'd like to celebrate the longevity and fun of No True Pair by having Round 10 be (either completely or in part, depending on your inclinations): Back by Popular Demand!
...More information/inquiries about this forthcoming (including scheduling for the next round- I'd like this 'one amnesty to rule them all' period to be decently long, so maybe the next sign-ups will be in August???)

Date: 2012-04-03 11:28 pm (UTC)2. I know I'd signed up for Round 2 as I have a prompt list printed out and have chapters written for a fic, but I don't see my sign-up anywhere. ^^;; I can't imagine not having officially signed up, but whatever, I have stories and I'm going to post them!

Date: 2012-04-04 12:36 am (UTC)Time to aim for finishing the pile of started prompts from this round (my ability to focus has been terrible). Once I start digging through older WIP docs I wonder how many more I'll uncover. XD;
Also I recall at some point being quite inspired by prompts from rounds I'd missed. Really there are so many good prompts in past rounds, a Back By Popular Demand round sounds like a great idea.

Date: 2012-04-13 09:04 pm (UTC)At first when I set this up I found myself thinking, "Oh, it's too bad for people who never participated before since this will probably make the turn around time until Round 10 longer," but then as I linked to all the past rounds I remembered that Round 6 had been different and there was no reason it couldn't be open to anyone. ^^;
So, if you're interested, I hope there's something to your tastes in that bunch! If not, I'd love to see you here for Round 10! :)
