Title: Another Brick in the Wall
Fandom: Transformers [Bay Movies]
Pairing/Characters: Megatron & Scion [OC]
Content Notes: none
Prompt: September Twenty - 7 & 8 - with the title "Another Brick in the Wall"
Megatron surveyed his aide with a gimlet stare. He was pleased that Scion did not fidget or do more than shift his own optics away from the stare after several microts of returning it.
"You declined further training by, and I quote, any slagging grounded mech. Why?"
"They have nothing to teach me. I am ready to focus solely on the abilities inherent to my class, and have secured Dirge's instruction."
"Why Dirge?"
Scion actually looked sly, and Megatron felt his systems want to rev with lust. He was seeing the shades of the Seeker he wanted this mechling to replace in time.
"The Air Commander has enough to do, and his bonded partner is ineffective at teaching outside of his own unique abilities. However, as I am expected to be useful at a high echelon of service, no one less than the next trine in our hierarchy is acceptable."
Megatron chuckled at that, before leaning forward, looming into his project's space. "And how will you protect yourself from being manipulated by a mech that seeks higher rank?"
Scion actually powered up his unusually strong armament, optics glinting with threat.
"I assure you, my Lord, he will regret doing so."
