Dead End (Suikoden III, Sasarai & Dios)
Mar. 26th, 2026 12:33 pmTitle: Dead End
Fandom: Suikoden III
Pairing/Characters: Sasarai & Dios
Content Notes: none
Prompt: 26 March - Sasarai asks Dios to go to the [choice] because...
"Dios, do you have a minute?"
"For you-" Dios looked at Sasarai, "Always."
Sasarai raised a hand toward his face, but stopped at about neck level. "All right then? Will you accompany me to my office?" He made a gesture with his eyebrows that implied he didn't actually mean his office, but somewhere he doubted they wouldn’t be listened in on. Apparently, even Bishop Sasarai wasn't comfortable with the Howling Voice Guild hearing his conversations with Dios.
The two walked toward Sasarai's office, but turned off onto another corridor before they reached it.
As they made their way down to who-knew-what, Sasarai suddenly reached up and pulled at a sconce on the wall, opening up a passageway to... Well, Sasarai probably knew where. They walked together, Sasarai leading and Dios following to a small, dimly lit room. "I just didn't want anyone reading anything into my taking you off all on your own."
"That's- that it?" Dios muttered. "That's all?"
"Well, you know, with all the talk of bishops abusing their privileges and such..." Sasarai gesticulated.
"I, um, I see," Dios replied.
