Roy crossed his arms. Dick just sprawled across his legs a little more and looked up with the biggest, most imploring blue eyes.
"He's got Di," Roy protested.
"She doesn't do distance," Dick pointed out. "Woman thinks she's invulnerable, you know? Gets right up in Bane's face even, and just… oh, you didn't know about that?"
"I do now. Going to shake her a few times." Roy sighed. "All four of us?"
Dick nodded. "Donna and Kory would keep Lian for us," he mused. "Her and me in to draw out the suspects, you two keeping an eye on things to keep it from going sideways.
"Take them down, Slade gets another notch with Waller, and we break one of the League of Assassins' strongholds."
Roy grumbled, but he slowly nodded. "All damn good reasons to do it, even if it is going to increase the price on you and Di in their eyes."
"Merlyn's still scared of her," Dick said with a laugh. "Are all the Arrow nuisances scared of her?"
"Probably. No one ever knew when she was going to suddenly get involved." Roy grinned. "Alright. This once. Only."
Dick sprang up toward him, kissing him senseless, hands tangling in his hair.
"You know it won't be the last time it's a perfect shot for us all to take," Dick pointed out after.
"Once, Stoplight. And you owe me a dinner."
"I sent — "
"You owe me a dinner," Roy repeated. "Spicy one."
Dick laughed, kissing his lover again.
