Background and title from this song. There is an additional reference on Ishtar's poster. It took doing this challenge to make me look at the lyrics better and realized "oh, she wasn't singing one in a million after all." XD But anyway, despite the lyrics, I always thought of Diamond Heart when reading Bat Lash, so there's the inspiration for putting Ishtar in the Ol' Wild West for an one in a million event!
